D - T - G. As in, Diet-To-Go. Ah, the contentment of having a fridge full of food and knowing I don't have to worry about what to eat. I was glad John had gone out of town a couple times so we had a couple lunches and dinners in the freezer. So I got to have a salmon burger for lunch in between sorting things for the garage sale tomorrow. Hopefully, the rain will hold off until I get everything sold!
I've got Mom's food scheduled to start on Friday. I may have to get a little creative to get it all in the fridge but it will be worth it when she weighs herself after that first week! It was seafood fetuccini for dinner tonight. A family favorite. I add some crabmeat to it because John loves his crab alfredo. Just a lottle bonus. I also add a bit of salt. I know that DTG food is within the daily recommendations of the American Heart Association but sometime I need to add just a bit of salt. Just a pinch. In a pinch.
