Yummy Hummy

The side dish with the wonderful turkey and swiss sandwich that I mentioned yesterday deserves raving about. Red pepper hummus and vegetable chips. Wow, that was good. The red pepper was mild and gave the hummus a nice flavor. In fact, while the turkey salad for lunch today was okay, I'm making a substitution to double up on the turkey and swiss so I can have the hummus twice. Seriously, it's that good. See, you can substitute with more than just the substitution menu. You can choose to substitute with another meal in the same delivery. So five weeks from now, my Tuesday delivery will have Tuscan Boats (which I get to have tomorrow) and two meals of turkey and swiss sandwich.

Last night's dinner was Chicken Brunswick Stew. Quite tasty. John commented that there was quite a bit of chicken in it. I loved the corn and lentil loaf that came with it. I am constantly amazed by the "real meals" that we get to eat. With real portions.
